The daily contributor reported today that an Arkansas resident, Tina sherman has Sued Macdonalds For apparently Leaking her Private/nude Photos which she sent to her husband Phillip Sherman on his cell phone.

Mr Sherman left his cell phone at one of the McDonald's branches in Arkansas and shortly thereafter the pics of Mrs Sherman were circulated online by a website that published her name, address, and telephone number along with all the private pictures.

The staff at this branch had assured Mr sherman that the cell phone has been secured and and switched off until he gets there to collect it. However, The racy photos of Tina Sherman from the phone were shortly circulated over the net.The suit seeks no less than $1 million for outrage; no less than $1 million for public disclosure of private facts; and, no less than $1 million for casting the Shermans in a false light. Hence, The couple made a total claim of no less than 3 million dollars for all the damages.

Additionally, tina sherman also claimed that she started receiving offensive text messages and pictures on her cell shortly after her husband left his at McDonalds.
